VIP goes down by 3% - is it a buy, sell or hold

VIP Ind.  has a product of luggage bags. Year on year they have improved on the quality of the product as well as keeping it style variant. Thus gaining trust of the target market. They produce bags that attract the market. Provides travel products that is, hard and soft sided luggage, bags backpacks, duffels, shoulder bags, waist pouches, sling bags, duffel trolleys, vanity cases, suitcases, and briefcases. VIP is the largest luggage maker  company in Asia, and it is the second largest in the world. 

At CMP of Rs. 109, the stock is trading at 25 whereas the industry PE is 27 which means it is currently trading at discount. 

Technically, the chart is in downtrend with both Parabolic SAR & MACD giving sell signals.



Investors interested in VIP industries can wait for a week & see if the stock falls further. Investors holding the stock can hold the stock from long term. The company is fundamentally stable although the PAT in 2nd Quarter went down.
